The Royalton Hartland Community Library is governed by a nine member Board of Trustees who are appointed by the Association of the library. The board of trustees establishes policies and long-term goals for the library, initiates and oversees the budget process, approves library policies and promotes/advocates library needs to the community.
The public is welcome to attend meetings of the Royalton Hartland Community Library Board of Trustees!
The Royalton Hartland Community Library Board of Trustee meetings are typically on the third Monday, every other month at 6:30pm at the Royalton Hartland Community Library unless otherwise noted. All meetings are open to the public. Committees will meet as necessary. Committee meetings are open to the public. The current meeting schedule is as follows:

March 15th 2027.
May 17th 2027.
June 21st 2027.
